je dispose d'une version allemande du jeu(vsk4), y a-t-il moyen de la convertir en français ?

Salut,

Oui, en téléchargeant la démo ensuite tu vas dans :
C:\Program Files\Virtual Skipper 4démo\GameData\Translations\ là tu verras un dossier "fr" tu le copies et tu le colle au même endroit mais du jeu, pas de la démo.

Voilà, dis moi si ça a marché.
