Hi all,

hope you can help me out. I tried the free version, liked it, and upgraded via the ingame link. So bought the full version.

I was able to play the full version fine, all well. I had issues with the textures though (blur, like some had it) and tried to resolve that.

What i tried was to uninstall and install again.

Now i am kindof screwed ... The installation after uninstalling went fine, but the game is asking me to generate a new online profile - which i dont want, i want to utilize my paid for profile...

Is there ANY chance to fix this? On the confirmation screen from Ubisoft where i upgraded to the full version is a multiplayer key - but i can't seem to find a place where i can enter this ...

And i hope i dont have to pay another 30 euros to be able to play now ... ?

It should be possible to just fill in your original lohin name, password. email address and location and the game will connect you to the same online account.

Are you sure that you are using the right key?
Did you well copy and paste account information in the game launcher?
