I have a P4 2.53 CPU, Geforce FX 6800 LE TDH 128mb graphics card with latest Nvidia Drives 1gb of ram OS XP Home SP2.

Problem: Sometimes the graphics go fuzzy the edge of the compass, the wakes from the boats also and the sea goes glassy although there is 20 knots of wind blowing. It seems to happen when 10 or more players join in Multiplayer, not everytime but sometimes. I have also heard it happening with guys who use ATI based cards. Seems to happen when water geometry and complex water is turned on. Not to sure still experimenting.
